Young & old, active or sedentary, every BODY is capable of reaching its own unique challenge. It is our mission to help folks find theirs. Especially in the year 2023, taking the time to tap in with the breath, brain & being allows for growth to occur, both consciously & subconsciously. Perspective & human expression are rooted in an individual's experiences, & what better to experience wholeheartedly other than your own vessel? Consistent practice allows us to gain inward insight, & also coalesce as a community. This raises collective consciousness (& conscientiousness) as we share time & exert concerted efforts.
